Ludo Star free coins come from inside the game, never from a link. Coins (gold) are stored with your account on Gameberry's servers, so the only free coins that count are the ones the game itself pays out. These are the free sources Gameberry lists in its help center (checked 18 October 2026), plus the habits that stop you losing them again.
Free coins in Ludo Star: the official sources
- Magic Pick. The free pick can pay gold and gems. Use it every time it is available, before you buy anything.
- Video ads. When you run low, the game offers gold for watching ads.
- Chests from wins. Winning matches earns chests that you open for gold.
- Events. The Season and limited events such as Treasure Tale pay rewards; Treasure Tale gives free rewards for watching ads while it is live.
- Winning public matches. Not free, but it is where most gold comes from: beat one opponent in a 2-player game and you take their stake; win a 4-player game and you take the stakes of two players.
Gameberry's own note: once you have used the free Magic Pick and run out of ads, the remaining options are winning or buying gold in the in-game shop.
Keep your free ludo star coins: stake habits
- Play the lowest stake you are offered until you win more than you lose.
- Prefer 2-player tables when you are low. You face one opponent instead of three.
- Stop after two losses in a row. Come back after the next Magic Pick rather than chasing the loss at a higher stake.
- Win more boards. Board control beats dice luck over many games — see how to win Ludo Star and quick match strategy.
- Watch the confirm screens. Gameberry does not refund gold or gems spent by mistake.
Free coins in Ludo Star from friends?
No. Gameberry's help center says moving gold or gems to another account is against the rules and counts as cheating, and it has no direct gifting of gems. Gifts you send during a match are items paid for with gems, not gold. What friends can do is play private tables or Team Up with you — see can you send coins to friends?
Free coins links, generators and "unlimited coins"
Pages, Telegram channels and YouTube links that promise free Ludo Star coins cannot change a balance stored on Gameberry's servers. They want your Facebook login, a survey or an app install. Gameberry says it tracks modified games, exploits and fraudulent balances, so a "working" trick usually ends in a ban. Details: coins generator truth · unlimited coins trick.
