Ludo Star login works in two ways, according to Gameberry's help center: Login with Facebook or play as a guest. Which one you choose decides whether you can keep your gold, gems and friends when you change phones (checked 18 October 2026).

How to move a guest account to Facebook
Tap Login with Facebook while you are in your guest account. If that Facebook account is not already linked to another Ludo STAR account, your guest account turns into a Facebook account and all your progress moves with it. Worried about privacy? You can edit your name, picture and country in your profile afterwards.
Ludo Star login on a new phone
- Install Ludo STAR on the new phone (Android · iPhone).
- Tap Login with Facebook and use the same Facebook account as before.
- Close the game on the old phone — one account can't play on two devices at the same time.

Two accounts on one phone
You can keep two accounts on one device: one guest account and one Facebook-linked account. Switch between them by logging out and logging in again.
Ludo Star login problems
- Facebook account banned or password forgotten: recover the Facebook account first through Facebook's own support. Gameberry can't see your Facebook account details, so it needs Facebook's help to find the right login.
- Want to move to a different Facebook account: not possible — Gameberry says game stats (gold, gems) can't be transferred between Facebook accounts.
- Want to start over: there is no account reset. You can create a new account instead.
- Game or clubs not loading: switch to a stable Wi-Fi connection, clear the game's cache, update to the latest version, then restart.
- Still stuck: use the in-game support option, with screenshots.
Keep your Ludo Star account safe
- Never type your Facebook password into a "free coins" or "generator" website (why generators are scams).
- Don't buy, sell or share accounts — Gameberry may ban accounts that change hands.
- Don't buy gold or gems outside the game (coin seller warning).
